Our polymer cells have a very innovative power with high volumetric & gravimetric energy density. .Needless to say ,our polymer cells are your right choice as the optimum energy sources for your products. Hereby,we would like to suggest how to figure out which one is better through out our specifications step by step.

Step1.Please testtion of your deand make out the consumpition of your device such as average operating voltage and current,then figure out the minimum capacity you need for the best performance according to the consumption and your expected operating.For example,when the average operating current is 1200mA,the operating voltage is 6 to 8 V and the operating time you expected is 1.5hours,then the minimum capacity you need is 1200mA*1.5h=1800mAh,and two cells conducted in series is needed to meet the operating voltage range.

Step2.Then,please check the dimension of battery size in our specifications to find out which should be fit your device and meet your minimum capacity requirements.The below points should be taken into consideration when you choose the battery size:

1)if you are looking for single cell with PCM,please consider approximately 1mm more space for the lenght of the pack.

2)We will apply a PCB for batter connection when you are lokking for 2 or more cells in a pack, approximately 3mm should be added to the lenght of the packs.Also,the outer diameter of the lead wires should be taken into considerations.

3)Due to the heat may generate very fast during the high rate discharge of kut high power series cells,we will leaveapproximately 1mm space between each battery layers in the pack for better release of the heat.thus,the thickness of the pack will be increased.
